Item 067. NV. Stunning `jewelled' top (clubbing?)
Astonishing halter-neck `clubbing' top. Possibly 1970s/1980s; I bought it at a vintage fayre. Zip back. Bust about 34 inches. Waist about 28/29 inches. Length something like 24 inches. The black Indian silk fabric is heavily embellished with a wiggly (technical term) design in shiny black ribbon/cord dotted with black beads, and quantities of `jewels' in red, green, purple and blue. All the edges are trimmed with 3 lines of black beads. Lining viscose. The condition is very good, with hardly a bead missing as far as I can see, and all jewels present. It's a stunner.
