What a pretty little---what? Shoulder decoration? Poncho? (Skirt for a pixie?) Well, whatever it is, it's fairly modern, intact as far as I can see, and made of black net or mesh. No label. There are gold/black beaded tassels, (intact) gold beading round the neck, and `flower' designs done in gold and pink sequins. Maximum length from neck: about 9 inches.
