Chinese-style trousers. Waist 24--26 inch (slightly elasticated). Yes, 24--26. I WAS optimistic! The fabric is lovely shiny (satin?) fabric with a really pretty design of flowers and bamboo in red, with matt black roundels too. Inside leg length: about 27 inches. Little splits at the ankle with decorative frogging (?). Never worn, obviously.
